Ex Voto is a new  multimedia sound sculpture and text work by Rob Mullender. Conceived in response to the Brunel Tunnel Shaft in London, the work engages with this extraordinary and imposing space by alluding to different, fictive histories, identities and uses for the building. Mullender will be producing the text during his time underground for the duration of the work, and this will be made available both online and later as a printed edition. This work was funded by the Leverhulme Trust artist in residence programme.
